For service providers
If you would like to be introduced through this office.
Birch represents a small number of practitioners whose work we know first-hand. When a recipient business comes through whose situation fits one of those practitioners specifically, we draft the introduction and send it.
We do not maintain a roster, a sales motion, or a quota. We do not represent practitioners whose work we have not seen up close. Most of the people we work with came to us through prior collaboration, a long stretch of close observation, or a referral from someone whose judgment we trust on craft.
What we ask.
- - The work has to be excellent. Not promising. Not on its way. Excellent now.
- - We have to have seen the work close enough to vouch for it without hedging.
- - You have to be the kind of person we would introduce to someone we care about.
- - You have to understand that an introduction is a beginning, not a closing tactic.
- - You have to be content with fewer introductions, made better.
What it is not.
- - A retainer.
- - A guaranteed-volume program.
- - A directory.
- - A lead-generation service.
If our work overlaps and you would like to discuss being introduced, the booking link is below. The first call is short. If we already know your work, the conversation tends to be productive. If we do not, it is the beginning of getting to know it.
